My experience with Harrell Realty was extremely unpleasant. The office staff, especially Betty Anderson, is extremely rude. I dreaded coming in to pay rent because they always acted like I was bothering them by being there. Upon moving out of the apartment, I had the carpet professionally cleaned, touched up the paint, and personally cleaned the entire place; however they still charged me 0 for repaint and 5 for cleaning. I have rented at several duplexes/apartments and I have always gotten my full deposit back. My opinion is that they are very cut-throat and only concerned with themselves.
